How does a normal day look like for you?

A normal day starts at 05.15 with breakfast and the news on the radio. Then I take the ferry at 06.05 from Dragsvik to work in Leikanger. So there are various meetings in the office or digitally. Conversation with the councilor, who is head of the administration in the municipality. Planning of municipal political meetings. Home for dinner with the family at 16.30. Then I help the children with homework or do some housework.  Our kids go to bed at 19. Maybe we then  watch news and sports on TV, or a movie with my wife. In bed between 22.30 and 23.30.

What are the positive and negative sides of living in Balestrand?

The three nicest things in Balestrand are:

-Nature

- All the committed and good people who want to take care of their local community

- That we have a lot of space around us to do the activities we want

The three most difficult things for me are:

- We must use a car for almost all activities

- There is little activity in the winter

- Danger of avalanches

If there was one thing you could change in Balestrand, what would it be?

I would build a bridge from Dragsvik to Hella.

Dei tre finaste tinga i Balestrand er:

     - Naturen

    - Fare for snøras

Eg ville laga ei bru frå Dragsvik til Hella.
